I’m Joel Stobart, I am a Coldfusion (ie. Enterprise Java), Perl, PHP and All-around Developer. I have also done some SQL Development, Website Design, Flash, etc. I like test-driven-development, and agile development. I like writing the least possible documentation. I have worked on many websites in the past. I did not do most of them on my own. So I don’t take all, or nearly all, the credit for any of them.

about 2 years ago you and I had a chat about a free document management system that you had tried (and failed) to get the Trust to use for their Internet/intranet functions.
I have now moved job (hurray) and am looking for a solution for myself for IG as it is chaotic here, but they are willing to take advice, so can you recall what you recommended?
